I've decided to put together a listy list of things I would like to and need to be done and thanks to Young House Love I feel a bit better about how to create my list. It's really been overwhelming and I'm looking forward to striking out items on my list in the coming year.

Learn to Simplify New Year's Goals for 2013

• Determine what to replace the rose bushes with {thinking maybe a seating area}
• Find a practical, but aesthetically pleasing mailbox 
• Paint the door and Window Trim {not sure color yet}
